Fresh Ground Garlic is dehydrated, ground garlic...far superior to big-box alternatives.
Many people use garlic powder as a flavor enhancer to pizza, casseroles, dressings, marinates, soups, and stews. But it can also be used as a seasoning for toast, popcorn, salads, and roasted vegetable dishes too.
Our garlic powder is a ground version of local sources of garlic which comes from organic, sustainable farms. This garlic is a ‘superfood’ in that it is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants not mention the amazing flavor difference compared to big-box alternatives.
Spread avocado over your favorite toast, add a squeeze of lemon, then finish with a light shake of SweetSoil Fresh Ground Garlic. The garlic adds a savory punch without chopping, sautéing, or dirtying another dish.
Try this: Add a tiny dusting of Sweet & Spicy Paprika for a little warmth and color.
Add a light shake of SweetSoil Fresh Ground Garlic to a serving of sour cream and stir until evenly distributed. Give it a few minutes to hydrate and develop its flavor, then use it as a quick dip for vegetables, chips, or crackers—or as a topping for an already-cooked baked potato.
Try this: Stir in some SweetSoil Dried Chives for an easy garlic-and-chive combination.
Combine apple cider vinegar with SweetSoil Fresh Ground Ginger, Fresh Ground Garlic, Fresh Ground Onions, and Jalapeño Green Paprika. Add grated fresh horseradish, a little Fresh Ground Turmeric, and a squeeze of lemon. Seal in a clean glass jar and refrigerate for 3–4 weeks, shaking occasionally to develop a bold, tangy infusion. Strain through a fine filter before enjoying a small splash diluted in water or using it as a flavorful addition to salad dressings.
Try this: Add a SweetSoil dried Orange Citrus Flower during infusion for a bright citrus note, or stir in a little honey after straining to soften the vinegar’s sharpness.
