Your early support helps to bring amazing flavors to tables across Cape Ann in 2026
Our mission is to help organic growers sell dried produce without additional time-spend or cost. We reach snack, beverage, and home kitchen markets where consumers value fruit and vegetable ingredients with no additives or preservatives all year round.
Our vision is to incubate a new type of locally operated business, then grow similar value-added product businesses throughout 48 states under a cooperative (co-op) model. This supports local farmers across the United States well beyond the impact of only one single startup.
The future is always unknowable. However, there are things you know you will need in the future you intend.

“I’ve been cooking with my friend Paul Bruce’s spices all week. Full disclosure: I’m hooked.
The US throws away billions of dollars of perfectly good fruit and vegetables each year. Imagine how much better off we’d be if we could preserve all that produce without sacrificing its nutritional value.
SweetSoil’s answer is one of the oldest tricks there is: dehydrate good food before it spoils and turn it into something people genuinely want to eat. Minimal processing keeps most of the nutritional value intact, fiber, and antioxidants especially.
Limiting food waste is something I took to heart years ago, so watching a friend build a real business around it is exactly the kind of thing I want to support. I believe in backing friends the way mine have backed me, and the best way I know to support a community is to support the people solving its problems.”
Fresh ground from the most local of ground; life is the variety of spice.
On-the-go nutritional snacks that taste as great as they look.
Citrus and other beautiful dried ingredients to upgrade your cocktail experiences.
